OSUN ATTORNEY GENERAL, BASIRU AJIBOLA CLEARS AIR ON HIS SENATORIAL AMBITION.

It's no more news that the Attorney General and Commissioner for justice of the state of Osun is actively and credibly vying for the post of Senator, representing Osun Central senatorial district, Come, 2019.

It has been largely observed that there has been circulations of baseless and watery rumours by seeming enemies of progress, and unprogressive minds that the Attorney general has considered stepping down on same ambition.

It's quite laughable and unfortunate to hear these set of people clamouring for compensation, with the excuse of not making enough wealth having being in government for eight years.

Basiru Ajibola tagged this as laughable and unfathomable, because he believes for an individual to vie for a post as a compensation, such is not fit and proper, credible, reliable and  ready to serve the people, but focused on one's personal interest which is against the dictates of  democracy.

He furthered by stating that he has taken prerequisite steps by consulting party elders, and also other needful needed to be done ahead of the primary election. He also stated that he has the wherewithal to actively and passionately represent the good people of Osun central senatorial district at Abuja.

He emphasizes on the fact that he's not going to Abuja because of money, because he's contented with what he has made Legally, of course as a legal practitioner with eminence and pedigree. And also because he has been in active public service for more than a  decade, and he both knows and has what it takes to be a reliable representative.

He also urges all and sundry that has what it takes,  to show interest in elective posts in the state, as it'll bring out true dictates of  democracy, as there'd be nothing like imposition or compensation because the due process of law would be definitely be followed in any electioneering process.
